Deleterious Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 Like you said in the other thread. Monty is the over I really want to see go. That will show us Gores has totally handed control to Langdon. 1 Quote
Tigeraholic1 Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 Best news I could have had today! Now Monty and we can move forward. Quote
NYLion Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 There was a podcast that called this last night. They said Weaver was offered a lesser role in the organization and turned it down, Eric Tellem (yep, Arn's son) is going to get promoted and that Monty is likely staying. They were bang on with the Weaver part so...we'll see and hope they're wrong because I think Weaver, while obviously flawed, is the least of all the evils in this organization. Quote

This Weaver firing is pointless. Arn's son getting promoted? Monty staying? What a joke. What a sick joke. Send this rotting corpse of a franchise to Seattle. They're just a name on a floor now. They're a real estate deal. Quote

Mr.TaterSalad Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 Promoting Arn's son after firing Troy Weaver is like promoting Martin Mayhew after firing Matt Millen. Langdon needs to be able to go out and interview and hire someone who has been divorced from this clown car off a front office. Hopefully he has the autonomy to completely remake this entire front office and not be forced to promote the next dolt in line for a job, in this case Tellem's son Eric. Quote
