It's like when they jumped Florida over Michigan instead of having an Ohio State - Michigan rematch.

True, but that’s not fair to Michigan. 
I wonder if they’d put Michigan #1 and Cincy over Georgia to preserve the matchups they want.

Cincy looked beatable against Houston so the top seed would be nice. If they do jump Ala to #1, w get Georgia, which is probably still better getting than Alabama in the semi

This is a Power 5-controlled group, no way they put a non-member over a member.     

It doesn't matter if you are #1 or #2,  we're in the playoff and you have to beat the best to be the best.  So bring on anyone.  Georgia is going to be deflated.
