Malloy is totally overmatched at the plate. And he can't play the field. Parker just needs to hit .220 at this level...

Hinch talks about how they they always get two out singles and can't stack any kind of offense together. I've seen him mention it at least five times in his postgame. First two guys make outs, then the 3rd guy hits a meaningless single which doesn't matter. To counteract that, you would need some power but they have very little of it.

He's basically the same guy with below average stuff who gets hit hard before and after the surgery.

The Atlanta guy threw 3 sliders and a curve to Malloy, then he wasted a fastball. Malloy flew out on a slider.
