So much silence here...even on a Skubal day. It feels like this past week has signaled the final expiration of the little bit of hope for this season that had remained for even diehard fans like us.

Lopez is pitching for the Braves.  I'm not sure about the Braves' bullpen, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Tigers end up with 1 or 2 hits today.

Skubal is going to have to be near perfect.  Even one little slip might be one too many.

If you consider the Tigers a major league roster, true. But look at some of our other players and ask how many would be a a decent teams roster. Not. Too. Many.

The excuses the announcers make are amazing. Jason said Riley tried to help the Tigers out by driving in a couple of runs last time up by swinging at a couple of pitches out of the strike zone. Yeah, he struck out. 🤔🤔

Tarik Skubal tried to help the Tigers out by striking out the Braves hitter. The Braves hitter hit a 2 run homer.

Hinch’s obsession with McStinky in full throttle again. He doesn’t help us now or in the future yet he plays more and more because he’s lefty and fits Hinch’s need to mix and max. Driving me crazy 😜 

Two years ago he was fourth on the team in AB’s.

Article in the Free Press this morning showed how bad the Tigers SS are doing this season offensively. The absolutely worst in history and it's not even close.

Skubal hit 2 batters, gave up 2HRs and another RBI hit all with 2 strikes. Had no problem getting whiffs and getting ahead in the count but just couldn't quite finish them off.
