IMO, Harper is the most NBA ready right now. The other 4 have higher ceilings though. Gun to my head right now, I think Bailey goes #1. I don't think Flagg is a surefire #1 either. I don't see him as a generational can't miss prospect so I think some discussions will be had about who goes #1 towards the end of the season. Either way, this will be a much more interesting draft class to follow after last years' debacle from start to finish.
