MichiganCardinal Posted October 13, 2024 Posted October 13, 2024 Bears fans are going to be so upset when they go 1-5 in the division. Quote

Even though their bye week isn't until late November, they are going to can him tomorrow. They don't have an assistant with any Head Coaching experience, so they could make a Jeff Saturday-like move and bring someone from the outside. GM Trent Baalke probably needs to start clearing personal belongings from his front office as well. I mean, Trevor Lawrence, isn't bad, but he's not playing like a 1-1 and he's in year 4 + they just gave up 35 to a rookie QB. Things are not going well in Duvall. I wonder if Khan is regretting making public comments supporting Balke and Pederson this week. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted October 13, 2024 Posted October 13, 2024 It never made sense to sign Lawrence so quickly coming off a down year. They also passed on Hutchinson for a combine warrior. They really need to clean house. Hire Ray Agnew and Ben Johnson. Quote

Agnew might. Quote

Speaking of passing on Hutch, I saw an article on ESPN last week that posed hypothetical trades contenders can make and one suggested Walker to the Lions for a mid round pick. Walker has shown to put together good games here and there but unfortunately for him not nearly enough consistently. Perhaps if we got him those good games could coincide with games that Hutch isn't at his best. Quote

The Lions liked Walker, it came out after the draft that he was their pick if the Jags had taken Hutch. If they’re blowing it up and everyone is for sale but Lawrence I would give up a late 3rd for Walker Quote

He would still make a good number two pass rusher. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted October 13, 2024 Posted October 13, 2024 Just heard a stat that I had to share, in his last 25 3rd down passes Deshaun Watson is 0-25. Unbelievable! Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted October 13, 2024 Posted October 13, 2024 IF Cincinnati was willing to trade Trey Hendrickson what do you think is a fair offer? I think a 1st and a 4th would be my opening offer and see what they say from there. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted October 13, 2024 Posted October 13, 2024 I'm not giving up a 1st for a 30 year old pass rusher. Quote

Jimbo Posted October 14, 2024 Posted October 14, 2024 If Patrick can stay healthy this will be a very good signing. He's got some size and speed. That first catch shows he's got some good hands as well. Its good because they are going to have to focus on Defense at the trade deadline. Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted October 15, 2024 Author Posted October 15, 2024 Aaron Rodgers threw a pick with the game on the line? Thank you Football Gods ! I'm sure he'll blame Saleh. Quote

CMRivdogs Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 The Jets need to get it over with and just name Rodgers player/head coach.... Quote

Hongbit Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 Rodgers and Adams never got to a Super Bowl together when they were young and near the top of their game. Not sure how the older and less productive versions of both are expected to do it. Desperate move but by a desperate franchise. Quote
RatkoVarda Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 if Haasan Reddick washed Aaron Rogers car, the Jets would sign him to a deal he liked 1 Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 Watching Rodgers flounder as his career ends is honestly way more fun than if he had just retired when he tore his Achilles. I wonder what injury he’ll fake to quit on the season when the Jets are 4-8. 1 Quote
