A leaky offensive line is a quarterbacks worst enemy. Chicago in the process of destroying another young QB carreer. Who they drafting next? I’ve been watching that game. Good lord. Chicago looks like utter garbage. The team is a complete mess. If the Lions don’t totally smoke them on Thanksgiving I’ll be shocked Quote
lordstanley Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Strength of the NFC North may have been overstated. Vikings and Bears are both playing bottom feeders but midway through the 4th quarter neither has scored a TD. Minnesota up 9-7 over Jacksonville, Chicago trailing New England 16-3. Quote

lordstanley Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 No cigars for the ‘73 Dolphins. Chiefs block a 35 yard FG attempt as time expires. Quote
lordstanley Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Bucs-Niners are tied in the final minute. Jake Moody has missed 3 FGs today. Quote
lordstanley Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Mac Jones is terrible. Vikings should escape. Quote

Bears in the same spot. Eberflus and McCarthy will both be fired and Ben Johnson is going to be the #1 candidate for both jobs. I sure hope that Johnson's understudy pays very close attention to what he's doing. The Lions OC job should be filled by an insider. 1 Quote

It was too late at that point to clean house. Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted November 10, 2024 Author Posted November 10, 2024 Steelers made an amazing tackle to stop a Zack Ertz from turning after a catch for a first down. They stopped him 1 Quote

It just wasn't an ideal time to clean house and try to start over cause there was just so much going on in the world. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Also in defense of the Bears management they went 5-3 to end the year last year and particularly on defense looked like one of the better teams in the league so I could see why they didn't clean house. You generally don't do that when a young team responds like that and finishes out the year that way. Quote

Like POTUS and Congress disbanding the NFL? All because the NFL owners voted not to let a shyster become an owner. Smart fellas...lol Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted November 10, 2024 Author Posted November 10, 2024 Chiefs are more lucky than good this year. I wonder how many false starts their LT got this week. Quote
RatkoVarda Posted November 10, 2024 Posted November 10, 2024 Aaron Rogers is a crappy GM and a crappy QB - love it Quote

I remember posting on the old site that I didn’t think changing on Quinntricia made sense at the end 2019. There was reason to think they were on the ascend. I remember feeling like another turn on the revolving door wasn’t going to help anyone in that moment. Sheila cleaned house at the exact right time. For that matter, credit to Martha for firing Caldwell. Her process for choosing Patricia was obviously flawed, but if Jim Caldwell was still our coach we wouldn’t be where we are now. He was a perpetual pergatory coach. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted November 11, 2024 Posted November 11, 2024 Mike Tomlin has to be a top 10 coach in NFL history. His teams just keep winning... 2 Quote
