Motor City Sonics Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Tonight's the night ! For Jemaine and his wife to make love You know how I know? Because it's Wednesday. And Wednesday is the night they usually make love. Monday night is his night to cook Tuesday they visit her mother But Wednesday is the night for sweet, weekly love It's when everything is just right There's nothing good on TV She's not too tired from her after-work social sports team practice It's all on ! Any Tiger player that spits on his likeness will be sent to the minors - Must always be the highest-paid third baseman in MLB, by at least $1 million dollars per year - Will have chef-prepared meals prepared in front his locker and only he can eat that food, fed to him by rookies. Other Tigers who attempt to smell the food will be sent to the minors - Will only play when he feels like it. I guess the hold up all this time was the parking garages. The Illitches will tear down other buildings and make more. Don't forget the right to refer to the offspring of Mike Ilitch as "Ilitch's Kids." Quote

I agree that Bluesky is not good for sports news, baseball in particular. Most of the people I follow are over there, but they don't use it much. They are still on Twitter, probably because they have built a strong following there. Baseball is what I'm looking for in social media, so I still use Twitter more. Quote

Alright, I’m going to give it a go and see how it does. Has anyone come up with a tool to go through your followings on X and port them over to BS? Quote

Any time I post something on BlueSky, I might get one response from Edman and that's about it. There is very little baseball conversation there. If I want breaking news or rumors, it won't be on BlueSky. 1 Quote

Edman85 Posted February 12 Posted February 12 (edited) bsky vs. twitter. I wish more people would make the move. Enough Tigers beat guys have that I can get what I need in the special group of them I've created. Still waiting on the Evans. Bluesky is 100% chronological and user chosen. No algorithm pushing stuff. I'm keeping my Twitter for the stragglers, but if you see, almost every tweet I have posted since 1/20 has included a jab at its piece of **** owner. I suspect the blue checkmarks don't want to move and lose that paycheck. My golf follows, understandably, are slow to move. Edited February 12 by Edman85 3 2 Quote

Its cracked 30m worldwide which is a lot but not quite so comprehensive in the public consciousness that randos know what it is yet. edit: worst are those who act like you have the problem for having a problem with its owner.
