He’s shown periods, flashes, of being able to hit major league pitching. He’s also shown the ability to be an average or better fielder, but again, not consistently. He’s also a better runner than you think. It just takes some players longer to figure it all out. Will he? It’s worth waiting to find out. 1 Quote

I don't see him getting to us via waivers, and if we are going to add another couple of players, the 40 man roster is getting tight in terms of players you can lop off and not feel pain. Quote

I don't thin he's worth 30 mil a year and that could cause problems when it's time to re-sign some of the young guys, but I also don't think the Tigers are going to keep Riley Greene for the long haul. Especially if Max Clark develops like they hope he will. If Riley wants to stay long term he needs to avoid the injury list the next two years. 1 Quote
