Madris has been hitting and getting on base quite consistently. unfortunately he rarely scores as he is usually followed by Rogers, Baez or McInstry, none of who can hit worth a damn. I predict that Hinch will continue with this same flawed reasoning and do the same with Madris in the series with the Royals.  Hinch is an idiot  who certainly will continue his losing ways.  Maybe Hinch and Harris are  hoping Madris will begin to run out of steam so they can bring Torkelson back up (another loser who poroved that he can not hit).

hard to follow but sounds like

Hinch is an idiot (and a loser) because he does not have non-existent all-stars hitting behind Madris even though all know he is too good a hitter to not be protected, and Hinch and Harris are actually hoping one of their players fails; is that correct?

That's an Ignore.

With my sincere apologies to William Blake:

Tigers, Tigers fighting bright,

All through the day, all through the night,

Your hitting unfine, your fielding unadroit.

There will be no pennants in Detroit.

You think you're sitting pretty. You'll lose a slew to Kansas City.

Someday, someday the fans will have their fill and ship the team to Evansville.

If Hinch had a brain bigger than the scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz, he would pick some hot hitter out of A ball and promote him to the show like the Red Sox did with Tony Conigliaro from the NY-Penn in 1964. It worked then and it could work now. But he’ll never do something this brilliant. Grrrr…
