Hongbit Posted August 6, 2024 Posted August 6, 2024 Trump campaign would be smart to ignore Walz entirely. Continue on the path that the VP has very little impact on the election as they started to do about their own guy Vance when it became apparent he was a terrible choice that people hated. As for Twitter, it’s all about clicks and attention so they will go overboard on made up stuff about Walz. Expect many pedo comments because that’s what they do. Quote

Hongbit Posted August 6, 2024 Posted August 6, 2024 Sometimes no endorsement is better. It always makes me uneasy supporting something that Ilhan Omar and AOC support. Their views are just so far different from mine. Joe Manchin is an old school POS politician always looking for new and creative ways to use his office to increase his personal wealth. Quote

Motown Bombers Posted August 6, 2024 Posted August 6, 2024 I can picture Walz working at Ford in Sterling Heights, going up north to his cabin in Houghton Lake, and riding his snowmobile to Tip Up Town. I think he will have a good appeal in Michigan and Wisconsin. 1 Quote

TBH, Obama didn't have too many scruples about donning the mantle of the imperial presidency once he was facing the dog and pony show Congress under Boehner. Quote

The endorsements are better, unless you believe that endorsements from AOC and Machin will drive more people away from Walz than bring fellow travelers of theirs to Walz, which, I would have to agree to disagree on at this moment. I think of her of something like a three-sigma exception among Democrats, which really, she barely even seems to be. A picture of her here is certainly not the equivalent of hundreds of right wingers marching with tiki torches, who may not represent a majority of Trump voters, but who I would safely bet represent a far larger percentage of those types on the conservative side than there ever will be on the liberal side. You only asked for one example. Many more can be found here: They were at college campuses all across the country. They were even shutting down the airport in your city.
