Perhaps an example of Harris picking up a player whose skill set comports with what it is we are trying to do offensively. It's probably easier to pick up players from outside who have the skill set to take in the coaching we're putting across than it is to try to retrofit players who have been in the system so long they were shaped by the prior coaching and can;t adapt to the new ways.

I guess the problem is that the balls haven’t been falling in or they’ve been falling into the catchers glove.

You aren’t alone in that observation. One reason, my opinion alone, is he wants to do what he can to raise awareness for Parkinson’s and this job helps him do that, along with doing Bernstein commercials.
