Augustine was sharp as always and couldn’t do much on the two 3rd period goals including the game winner a man short with 10 seconds to go. We should find out soon whether he’s signing an ELC or going back to State for another year. Quote

NCAA hockey knockouts can be so unpredictable, some stacked Michigan teams have been bitten in past years. Quote

An inspired Cornell team trying to give their retiring head coach one last run won the last 10 minutes. You could see it coming in the last 5 and then an accidental tripping penalty gave Cornell a PP with under 2:00. They beat heavily favored Quinnipiac just to get in the playoffs. Wouldn’t shock me to see them beat BU to make it to the Frozen Four. Andy Bernard would be so proud. Quote
