Loveland doesn't look Ebron-ish to me. I'm not saying he is or isn't LaPorta... I just don't see the resemblance (playing style) to Ebron.

There are so many guards though. At least three guys in the 2nd/3rd round area, Tate Ratledge, Mbow and Savaiinnaea that I like quite a lot. Maybe Dylan Fairchild too, who the Lions looked at.

It's so much harder to find pass-rushing DT's and high-quality edge rushers and cornerbacks...

If Holmes REALLY surprises me... it would be to select Will Johnson or Shavon Revel who were both considered top 15 pick CB's but are falling due to their injuries...

Otherwise... I'm really looking for a DT or DE in the 1st and a Guard in the 2nd...

Of course Brad is going to draft exactly a Brad Holmes player so I don't know who that is. But I'm still hoping for pass-rush first...

I don't think the Draft is falling to bad for what the Lions need so I think there still could be a difference maker in a position of need.

kmet is a very average tight end who is overrated by chicago media.

let us not forget, much of the chicago media had the bears winning "at least 9" games the last TWO seasons.  including their announcer saying "i dont see less than 11 wins on the schedule" two years ago.  

the bears are always overrated.  they will be again this year.
