Jimbo
Your telling me that if we were in a close playoff series, JV wouldn't get booed? I strongly disagree. Tigers fans love JV. He will be beloved as much as other Tiger greats. Although for that series he would definitely get booed. Maybe not as much as Stafford because the situation is different. Mr.TaterSalad
Patrick Mahomes oversized helmet bothers me and I don't know why. It's his helmet, so as long as it protects him, he can wear it as big as he wants. But he has to wear one of the largest helmets in the league.
Mr.TaterSalad
Let me get this straight. Jameson William gets suspended for multiple games due to placing a non-football bet in an unapproved facility. Josh Gordon smoked a doobie and did no other harm to anyone that we know of and gets suspend for a season. But Rashee Rice can allegedly injure people due to street racing with his friends, allegedly commit a felony offence, and still play? MichiganCardinal
Oh THIS season opener we are going to call that?!? Or only on the Ravens. Took like 40 seconds and I'm already annoyed.
MichiganCardinal
If this is going to be called consistently early in the season it will work to the Lions advantage. Our tackles don't need to cheat to win their battles. Both the Rams backups will.

Yes, that's what I'm telling you. I'm not saying they'd root for JV, just that they wouldn't boo him like they did Stafford. He'd be treated like any other non-controversial opponent. Shinzaki
People really took to Goff last year...he took the reins and established the team and restablished himself as a QB. Stafford is the guy who rejected us (no matter how fairly) ...Goff is our guy. The two will always be linked in that sense and I think the city boos Stafford almost out of respect for Goff in reaction to that

JV would get a standing ovation when he gets pulled in the 3rd inning after giving up 8 hits and 5 runs. 😅

MichiganCardinal
Poor clock management by Baltimore, alongside Lamar missing two different wide open receivers that could have tied it. Still four seconds left.
MichiganCardinal
Is he in?!?! That's sooooo close. I think he's out by a millimeter.
MichiganCardinal
When it's THAT close though, can you really say one of his cleats didn't touch in the green before the toe box touched out of bounds? It's KC in KC though on Opening Night, that was getting overturned 100/100 times.
Mr.TaterSalad
Damn, what a finish and what a great game. That was the right call though. Jackson had Zay Flowers wide open but just missed him on the previous play.
holygoat
I like that the ref called it a TD just in case, because I don't think he knew, lol. Let the replay guys overturn it if it must be, but if there isn't evidence one way or the other, let the guys play.

Jimbo
Worthy reminds me a lot of Jamo. Can't wait to see how Jamo looks on Sunday and hope he can finally justify that 12th pick. I really wonder what time he would of run at the combine and if it would of been around the same time Worthy ran. From game speed I think it would of been close. You know Campbell would be going for the win there in that situation as well. No way would he have settled for the tie and OT.

The first play the Chiefs used to spring him was a carbon copy of the reverse Ben Johnson drew up for Jamo in the NFC Championship Game.
