That Mckinstry error was a real killer, things may have turned out alot differently if he would have made that play.

He was going to his right—might not have been able to get Ramirez at first, but at least keep it in the infield.

Guardians have a very good lineup.  Skubal will be tested.

On the McKinstry play I wonder if he lost it in a glare off a shirt in the stands or something.  Maybe it had some topspin. Bright sunny days this time of year creates weird sun angles.

Yeah don't know if he gets Ramirez but he may have had a play at 2nd or 3rd. If he gets that then there is either runners on 1st and 2nd with 1 out or the corners with 1 out and the infield doesn't get drawn in. Maybe the Tigers get that same ground ball but instead of getting by a drawn in infield it is an inning ending double play. Who knows though.

I thought Rameriez was out on ball three. Umpire slow to make calls and I think the crowd got him on that one. Get that out and maybe Holten survives the inning.
