RandyMarsh
So much for the theory that the layoff may hurt the Guardians hitters timing.
chasfh
Infield hit on soft contact, and we look like clowns on it. Talk about literally nothing going right.

SoCalTiger
Best of five and 8 innings to go. Refocus and go.
RandyMarsh
That Mckinstry error was a real killer, things may have turned out alot differently if he would have made that play.
chasfh
Honestly this is a big hitter right here. Don’t want to face any batter twice in an inning. Edited October 5 by chasfh
IdahoBert
These guys are really swinging the bats with authority like there’s no tentativeness about this at all.

He was going to his right—might not have been able to get Ramirez at first, but at least keep it in the infield. Guardians have a very good lineup. Skubal will be tested. Crazy Cat Gentleman
only 5 runs. 'tis but a flesh wound.
CaliforniaDreaming
We have 8 innings to score 6 runs. Possible.
oblong
On the McKinstry play I wonder if he lost it in a glare off a shirt in the stands or something. Maybe it had some topspin. Bright sunny days this time of year creates weird sun angles.

If he gets that then there is either runners on 1st and 2nd with 1 out or the corners with 1 out and the infield doesn't get drawn in. Maybe the Tigers get that same ground ball but instead of getting by a drawn in infield it is an inning ending double play. Who knows though. Motor City Sonics
We'll just have to come from behind again, no big deal.......

I thought Rameriez was out on ball three. Umpire slow to make calls and I think the crowd got him on that one. Get that out and maybe Holten survives the inning.
