It is literally a statistical disadvantage to receive first.  There is only one chance to get two possessions in a row without the other team touching the ball.

What an embarassing start.  First of all, the coaches set the team up with a statistical disadvantage by electing to receive and then the defense then gives up 3rd and a million twice.

I just can’t believe any coach would ever choose to receive first.

Sit your pass rusher when we're at home against a weak team next week. 3 and 16 complete pass for a 1st down with no pass rush. Color me confused.

This is not an acceptable start to this game.  They are being completely outmatched at every level and we don’t even get the benefit of getting the ball back to start the second half.
