Well I think we're well past the point where "next man up" just can't cover the the holes anymore. The defense is in shambles and it shows. Not their fault... it's just we're playing 2nd and 3rd string players now.

That looks like the play they ran against Green Bay back in 2022 when they threw it to Chark to ice the game. I know because I've watched that play hundreds of times since I loved seeing Rodgers Green Bay career come to an end.

Pretty similar play design for sure. Slid Patrick in between two defenders and Goff right on target.

It was also the hurry to the line out of the huddle. Chark ran a quick little turnaround route like Patrick.
