Jason_R Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Anzalone is back baby. This defense has been outstanding. The story of the game on offense is two tipped passes. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted January 6 Posted January 6 K that kinda offsets the 4th down fail, after that I was partially expecting to be down 3 going into the half instead we are in the same spot we were before ahead by 4. Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Thank you Aaron Glenn for keeping us in the lead and keeping this game competitive. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Everyone said it would be close and come down to a late 4th quarter play. Hopefully, Detroit will get a couple 2nd half turnovers. Or one... Quote

Motown Bombers Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Never would have guessed Anzalone would be this important to the defense. 1 1 Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 6 Author Posted January 6 Lions have been the better team by a step today. Offense and defense. Bad bounce or two away from this being a 14+ point game. Maintain the status quo and you might win by 10+. 1 Quote
number20 Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Seems like both teams look a little shaky. Darnold has been pretty average. Lions OL looks like they took the night off Quote
Motown Bombers Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Chris Simms hair bothers me. I hate how he parts it on the side and then shaves the side of his head, leaving that little strip. 1 Quote
Sports_Freak Posted January 6 Posted January 6 The Lions have been known to be a 2nd half team. I wonder how bad we've outscored teams in the 2nd half? Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 6 Author Posted January 6 Ten has got to be among the least we’ve scored in a half this year. And it’s been more self inflicted than Vikings inflicted. Quote

I still don’t think they’ve shown everything. I think Campbell blitzed once but they’ve gotten push from Levi and Paschal and Smith. Anzalone has really helped tighten up the middle of the field, and Amik Robertson is going back to his high school battles against Justin Jefferson to neutralize him. Maybe this is just me, but I’d like to see Craig Reynolds get a few carries in the second half. Quote

TP_Fan Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Vikings 6 pts on 3 red zone trips. Lions 10 points on 0 red zone trips. Just how you drew it up. Quote

Sports_Freak Posted January 6 Posted January 6 (edited) I didn't realize Gibbs tied the season record for TDs. Edited January 6 by Sports_Freak Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted January 6 Posted January 6 That was a ****ing rotten call against Branch. WTF! Quote
Sports_Freak Posted January 6 Posted January 6 I guess the play clock is shut off for the Vikings? Quote
