Motor City Sonics Posted January 26 Posted January 26 (edited) Tampa comes here February 8th. If a Wings player doesn't go after Kucherov in the first period of the game, then the Wings are weak. He needs to answer. I don't care if Ras is really hurt seriously or not. Can't ever let a guy do you like that. Don't care if there is a suspension, you MUST send a message that kind of garbage won't be tolerated. I'm still pissed about it. Obviously. Edited January 26 by Motor City Sonics 1 Quote

Not a good look that not a single guy took a step to him. At the very least someone had to skate over and get in his face. Quote

How bad is Rasmussen hurt? The dreaded "lower body injury?" Quote

The thing that is so stupid is that it was pointless. In that situation, even if the trip had prevented the goal, by rule it would have been awarded anyway - we just had one of those the other night. A penalty shot foul committed on an empty net becomes an awarded goal. Quote
slothfacekilla Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Kuch has always been a huge baby and poor sport Quote
slothfacekilla Posted January 27 Posted January 27 WOW!! This is something out of a movie. Hometown kid from Michigan, undrafted and signs a tryout with Grand Rapids in 2017. In his eighth year in the AHL after never playing in the NHL he's leading the Griffins in scoring and 1 off his career best in points. At age 31 he finally gets his NHL shot. Really hard working dude, love to see it even if he doesn't do much in the NHL. 1 Quote

Most high sticks, slashes, trips, are accidental, and interference is basically a flow violation, but cross checks, charges, high hits and trips from behind are almost always intentional and I like to see penalties made stiffer on those. slothfacekilla Posted January 27 Posted January 27 He's not a huge dude but he could at least go after Kucherov and Lilleberg if they pull that kind of **** like last game Quote
gehringer_2 Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Nothing on Kucherov, but Lillebirg has drawn a 2 game suspension for the hit on Compher. https://www.espn.com/nhl/story/_/id/43589171/tampa-bay-lightning-emil-lilleberg-suspended-two-games Quote
lordstanley Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 You have to convert 5 on 3s and DeBrincat did. Tie game after Wings had spotted the Kings 2 goals. 1 Quote

Sports_Freak Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Give the Wings a 5 on 3 power play and just give us the goal....lol Quote

Yeah I had been down on Kasper prior to New Year’s, but people were telling me he was already playing well. I should have listened. Once McClellan came in and put him with good teammates, he has really produced. Quote

Sports_Freak Posted January 28 Posted January 28 LA looked like they had tired legs. A lot of unforced errors. Wings took advantage. I'm glad Seider's mistake ending up being meaningless. And I think Kasper may be here to stay? Quote
lordstanley Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 4 pts for Raymond (1G 3A) and 3 pts (2G 1A) for Kasper. 13 shifts and 9:50 of ice time for Shine. Quote
lordstanley Posted January 28 Author Posted January 28 I am watching Canucks at Blues on Amazon Prime. No moving ads on boards - thank goodness. Quote
buddha Posted January 28 Posted January 28 great win. kasper developing into a hard working player with just enough skill to be dangerous is a very nice development. Quote
