Jason_R Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 (edited) Late to the party, but hats off to Matt Stafford. Had an outstanding day. Outplayed the GOAT. Overcame two fumbles lost by his RB, another fumble by Kupp, an errant snap recovered by the other team, and a missed FG. Then he did what he does better than anyone. I think we will see Matt Stafford in the Super Bowl. Edited January 24, 2022 by Jason_R Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 Wow, how does a receiver get that open? (Buffalo game) Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 A lot of time still left for KC to get down the field. Josh Allen is fantastic Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 You really couldn't ask for 4 more entertaining games than the ones this weekend. 1 Quote
Jason_R Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Mahomes to Hill. Unreal. This has got to be the best weekend of football I’ve ever seen. Quote

Jason_R Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Nuh uh… another lead change!?! Enough time for a game tying FG. Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 OH MY FUCKINGI GOD...........................THIS WEEKEND IS INSANE ! Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 Hey...............KC still has 13 seconds 1 Quote
RandyMarsh Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 lol and KC ties it up with a last second FG. This game is freaking insane! Quote
RandyMarsh Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 There was 25 combined points in the last 1:50 seconds of regulation. Absolute madness. Quote

RandyMarsh Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 Turns out Josh Allen's one big mistake was calling tails on the coin toss. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I hope they finally change the OT rules after this one. As great as that game was, it ultimately was decided by the OT coin toss. I don’t want exactly what college does, but both Mahomes and Allen should have been able to touch the ball in OT. At least make the Bills respond and make a decision whether to kick the extra point or go for two and the win. Quote

mtutiger Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 (edited) The OT Rules are what they are, id like to see them change but the Bills made some key errors down the stretch. Kicking the touch back stands out to me... if they squib that, I'll bet they win. Regardless, I'm hard pressed to think of a better game in my lifetime than this one. Super Bowl 36 (Rams-Patriots) and Super Bowl 43 (Steelers-Cards) are the only ones that come to mind aside from this one. Edited January 24, 2022 by mtutiger Quote
RaceDog Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 I've been watching football for 45 years.....this 4 game weekend has been the most entertaining week of football in that time....hands down! Quote
Motown Bombers Posted January 24, 2022 Posted January 24, 2022 My prediction now is the Rams will win the Super Bowl. Stafford will shock everyone and retire. The Rams completely fall apart and the Lions via the Rams pick will be picking 1st overall in 2023. 1 Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 24, 2022 Author Posted January 24, 2022 Buffalo fans don't get their heart broken, they get it sliced up with a box cutter while someone pours rubbing alcohol in the wounds, kicks them in the groin and forces them to watch their house burn down Quote

Yeah not squibbing that kick with 13 seconds left was really stupid as was rushing 4 guys on that second to last play of regulation. Like Romo said you know Mahomes was going to immediately get rid of it so you weren't going to get to him anyway so instead of using 4 guys to rush the qb drop one back in coverage. If they did that the guy may have been there to make the tackle on Kelce before he gained 30 yards. Quote
