MichiganCardinal Posted January 12 Author Posted January 12 Might be nice for the Packers or Commies could win, so we have the full week to prepare. The guys are back in Allen Park tomorrow, but won’t know their opponent until Tuesday if the Eagles and Bucs win. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 12 Author Posted January 12 Packers went 12 rounds with the Lions, beat the Seahawks by three scores, demolished the Saints, then curled up into a ball and died. 1 Quote
RandyMarsh Posted January 12 Posted January 12 I actually like that 4th and short play by the Packers. It's essentially a QB sneak but instead of risking your QB getting hurt you have your bigger and stronger TE run the play. Also by keeping Love in the Shot gun position and waiting till the last second to put the TE in motion and under center it makes the defense play more honest instead of just stacking the line against a sneak. MichiganCardinal Posted January 12 Author Posted January 12 Slay and Dean have both gone out with injury in the first half for the Eagles. Quote
holygoat Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Packers playing like garbage, and still only down 10 with 5 minutes to go in the first half is crazy. They're a turnover away from putting the pressure on Philly. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted January 12 Posted January 12 I hope this ends the Love hype. He and the Packers are so overrated. Quote
Jason_R Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Love and Lafleur both always look like they are about to cry. Quote

His numbers are typically decent, but certainly not elite. He seems to complete a lot of his passes to wide open guys. Is it him, or his receivers? He reminds me of Garoppolo Quote
TP_Fan Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Will they wait until Tuesday to announce the divisional round schedule? After tonight we will know the matchups. If the eagles and Bucs win then we will definitely play Sunday since the we would play the winner of the Monday night game. I don’t see the lions playing Saturday. Quote

So many times he just wings it from his back foot when he isn't under pressure. Quote

Sports_Freak Posted January 12 Posted January 12 And no matter how many teams the NFL put in for wildcard weekend, the games all suck. There hasn't been a single exciting game. Quote

RandyMarsh Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Love can make the "wow throws" which enamors the NFL media, they focus more on the highlight plays that you are capable of but not enough about excelling at the "routine" plays. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted January 12 Posted January 12 On the flip side, the Eagles offense hasn't looked great. 1 Quote
Tenacious D Posted January 12 Posted January 12 If the Packers are to lose, I want it to be an embarrassing shutout. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted January 12 Posted January 12 If the home teams win, the Lions will play LA and Philly will play Tampa? Stafford scares me, the Rams are pretty healthy now. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted January 12 Posted January 12 One thing the Packers do as well as the Lions is get injured. Quote
Jason_R Posted January 12 Posted January 12 That was a great run by Josh Jacobs. Tip of the cap. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Another Packer injury at receiver and they may need to play Willis at receiver. Quote
