lordstanley Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Commanders have sucked in the red zone. Can’t even score after 1st and goal from the 1. Tampa leads 17-13. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Jayden Daniels had two looks in those four plays that would have been 6 and missed on them both. I'd love to play these guys. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Commanders are getting a million and a half chances. Quote
lordstanley Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Watching other teams this weekend makes me appreciate how rarely the Lions shoot themselves in the foot. Fumbled snap gives Washington 1st down at Tampa’s 13. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted January 13 Posted January 13 I keep wanting to call the Bucs receiver duo McMillan & Wife. Quote

TP_Fan Posted January 13 Posted January 13 This is a great game. Gutsy call to go for it on 4th down again. Quote

lordstanley Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Tied at 20 with 4:41 to go. Commanders to get the kickoff. I think the winner will be primed to lose decisively next week. So needs to be Washington to the Lions, not Tampa to the Eagles. Quote

A Wildcard or Divisional Round exit sounds about right for both, but Washington hasn't lost by more than 8 since week one. I'm guessing it would be closer than comfortable. I'm confident the Lions would win though. Tampa is similar, has lost only twice by more than 8 all season. Quote

This is why I like runs with the QB under center. Get the RB running downhill. Doing runs out of shotgun keeps the defense honest, but I like that the Lions play under center a lot. Quote
lordstanley Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Commanders need to throw for a first down here. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 One first down and they're a kick away. Quote
lordstanley Posted January 13 Posted January 13 We are a 3rd and 2 stop away from a Dan Campbell situation almost identical to the Lions’ GB game. I am sure Washington would kick it. Quote

Sports_Freak Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Washington is kinda impressive. That rookie QB won't be calling plays at the line of scrimmage at Ford Field though. Quote
