MAGA tiger is quoting misinformation. Looking at that account, it's mostly anti-vax. It also appears to be including sentences Biden commuted as pardons, and even then it seems to overestimate them. Biden pardoned 88 people. Trump pardoned 144. Biden has issued commutations for 4,180 people, mostly for non-violent drug offenses.
