After the other day it won’t be Episcopalian.  They are too liberal.  The trouble is the fundamentalists are not a united entity. At least in terms of religious dogma.  A lot of them don’t think Catholics are real Christians. And a lot don’t think some fellow Protestants are real Christians.

I have to say that the Tuskegee Airman thing really is bothering me.  For schmucks who want to rename all the Army bases in the South after the Confederate losers to say its all about legacy and heritage.  What the US Air Force owes to the Tuskegee Airmen and what the African American community owe to those men is enormous.  This is just awful.  A blight on our national honor if this is let to stand.

Well, we can't have African Americans and/or women aware of any of the contributions they've made to this country, now can we? 

In recent years, I finally learned about the AA women who worked with (and played a big role) in NASA, and women who made contributions in the field of astronomy. I think there's a small but loud group of people who don't want certain people to have role models.

I wouldn't say the signs are completely unambiguous yet, but the preponderance are indicating the Fed may had taken the foot off the brake a little too early. I don't blame them for that, they are always guessing where things are, but the problem is that in this environment, if the Fed decides the best policy is to push short term rates back up 100 basis points, the Trump administration with go absolutely kamikaze on the Federal Reserve. The outcome of that could be far worse for us long term than the Fed just holding tight, and if they do that we may be looking at 3-4% inflation for a while, which the public isn't going to like. Hopefully they take that wrath out on the GOP in 2 yrs.

I really don't consider Episcopalian's to be evangelistic. Trump's church as a kid was Presbyterian. Norman Vincent Peale, one of the early televangelists which was a Reformed church that broke away from the Presbyterians. He was one of the early Prosperity Gospel ministers. I see him and other MAGA's going in that direction. 
But yes, it will be Evangelical but that's a broad stroke. 
 

If that happens it will kill another plank of the Constitution. Freedom to worship where you damn please. That was another one of those reasons the Colonies broke from England.

If you get a chance watch The Six Triple Eight. It's about Lt Col Charity Adams, the first African American woman to command overseas during WWII. The mission involved leading the 6888 Central Postal Directory in England during WWII. 
 

They renamed Ft Lee after her and Gen Arthur Gregg, who was instrumental in desegregating the army. Including Ft Lee

It's worth noting that a big part of the lack of affordable is that in many areas, not enough is being built. Unfortunately zoning laws and NIMBYism has made this problem worse. If I didn't own my condo, I wouldn't be able to afford one in my neighborhood today-lowering the interest rate to 3.5% from 7% is never going to make a 1.4 million condo fit into my budget.

I'm starting to see more people open to new housing, and multi-family housing in particular, but we have a long way to go.
