I don't know enough about Robert's Rules of Order to say who is correct. I did see idiot Tommy Tuberville (who thought the 3 branches of the US government were the Senate, the House and POTUS) derail 100s of DOD appointments for months on end. What I do not see is Dems EVEN TRYING to slow down the oligarchs. Quote

The Democrats definitely could grind the senate to a halt by not agreeing to unanimous consent.
