I think most of increased longevity has to do with medical advances (which are also in jeopardy under this administration) and lifestyle changes (such as less smoking).  Work place safety (also in jeopardy if de-regulation goes too far) plays a role too.

Sanitation practices as well

The race to the bottom. This is what we voted for (well not me and you obviously, but America).

Those economic poll numbers amaze me. What did people think was going to happen when they reelected Matt Millen to run the country?

The fact that he's currently disapproved of for the first time on the economy kinda tells the story.

It's not that he didn't advertise this and that the impacts are surprising, it's that the GP never took interest in what he was proposing for the future and instead looked at him from a backward looking perspective

BTW nearly 3 dozen humans were killed this past weekend while Trump was busy "winning" his club's golf championship.

Not one word of sympathy to the victim's family. Don't forget he thinks FEMA should be gutted.

And all of the listed advances (medical, worker safety, sanitation) meant more babies/children grew up to be adults. So much for progress!

I've been fortunate enough in life where no previous adminisration affected me much either positively or negatively.  This is the first administration which is affecting me directly and it's all negative.

Donald the Strongman: his projection of power is consistently negative. Does anyone notice it’s so much easier to wreck things than to build things?

”Strong leadership” blows up a nation in two weeks that took decades and centuries of hard work to build.

If it ain’t white, it’s DEI. That’s just code right there for using the n-word.

Especially when it gets applied more and more to people of non-African descent, such as “sand [n-word]s” and “feather [n-word]s”.

Depending on where you live, you better hurry and get it before your local library pulls it off their shelves.

He does not plan to leave in 2029 or he wouldn't be doing all this short-sighted crap.

To be clear, when Trump talks about how the “Human Rights of people have been strenuously questioned”, he has championing white people and only white people.
