I totally agree that there should not be separate rules for the "lovable" drunk (not that anyone involved is lovable in this case!) I have never liked the popular idea that people should be excused for bad behavior while drunk. They should face the consequences the same as anyone else. Quote

"hey mom, will your disease allow you to pick me up from school or are you going to ram the Suburban into a tree again today?" Quote

It is a disease and it should be treated, but ramming your car into a tree is not more excusable because you are drunk versus being distracted or whatever other reason you slammed your car into the tree. 1 Quote

Somebody I know does and says awful and vile things when he drinks a lot. I told friends last year I don't want to be around him if he's around and drinking... so they just stopped inviting me to stuff instead of addressing his toxic alcoholism. Quote

CMRivdogs Posted Monday at 04:57 PM Posted Monday at 04:57 PM All the J-6ers had trials, a right to council,a chance to offer defense, call witnesses, appeal the verdicts and sentencing. How many of those caught up in ICE raids had raids had the same privelage. And by the way how many J-6ers sported tattoos that normal people could construe as "gang symbols"? Quote

Not sure if that means a special election or its some the govenor or wilbur the pig get to pick situation. Or, if its whoever is projected by the moonbeams onto the sacred parchment. 1 Quote
