A penny is worth 1¢ but costs 3.7¢ to make, whereas a nickel is worth 5¢ but costs 13.8¢ to make. Quote

As his approval goes down and the business community hammers him on the economy and the international community unites more against him, among other things, he might start blinking even more, and he's already blinked a bunch.
