I don't believe him. It's part of his narcissism. His self esteem is so low, he can never be wrong and it also makes him act grandiose to compensate. He will never be wrong. Preferably it's someone else's fault but if not he's just kidding.

It's always hard to tell with him, because I don't think he distinguishes between truth and reality.  He just says what will get a favorable reaction from his cult.

#3 is actually going to be a big increase on car insurance. At least, for full coverage. His tarriffs are going to increase the price on car parts that are used for repairs. As for SS? People who rely on it for their only income already don't pay taxes on it. If there's other income, either 50% or 80% is considered income. But it still doesn't increase people's tax burden very much. But again, once he bankrupts the SS fund, people won't get benefits and....presto...no tax.
