Mr. President and Mr. Musk, have you divested?

Does a conflict of interest really matter if  Elon’s AI says it can save money?

The most ridiculous thing is that both could come out and say they won’t divest and deserve to take a profit for their work and millions of their morons would support them.

JD VANCE and Mike Johnson will bring their own insanities.

Bring it on. The cult of personality might finally be broken and everyone might finally wake the **** up. We might be able to work with that.

Yep, they are definitely stripping the country for parts and running to the bank now.

No mention of raising taxes on the lower 99%. That’s got to be in there too, right?

My father has dementia and is getting to the point where he will need 24-hour care. With cuts to Medicaid, I don't know if that will still be an option. At least those trannies won't be playing in girls' sports.

How much money did those deficit hawks spend to ban half a dozen people?

Also, he had to EO a redirect of where the money would actually end up.

Wasn't that how Musk got to stay after he lied his way in on a student visa? An E-B5 before actually gaining citizenship.

I wonder how much of it is people generally ignorant of the world starting to read a little bit, maybe spurred by Insta or TikTok, and feeling very smart about ideas they'd never heard before such as "vaccinations cause autism". Then, when the rubber meets the road and they start seeing the sickness around them, they snap out of it.

That reminds me: I have to update my vaccinations, like tetanus, shingles, etc., before they are outlawed.

I've noticed a lot of these people who are anti-vaxers or anti anything, usually start off with something like "That's what they want you to think" or "what they don't want you to know." Being contrarian means you're not a sheep and are very smart. You know something everyone else doesn't know. I call it the Aaron Rodgers effect. He thinks he's an intellectual because he bucks established science.

Exactly right. Many Americans in particular love to revel in their independence of thought and action. And will continue to do so up until the moment that reality catches up with them

He'll blame it on Biden or Obama

And either it’ll totally work, or it will be considered so open to interpretation that it will never be agreed upon.

It also has a special appeal to certain evangelicals who believe in separation from "the world".  What they mean by that is the world is a godless place and "worldly things" is a negative connotation.  Think of the folks in Footloose.  That isolation leads to this.  "Well if that's what they are doing then it must be sinful" is a common reflex.

Do you ever follow the Herman Cain Awards on reddit? They give out Herman Cain Awards to anti-vaxxers who rail against vaccines and then lose their battle to something they could have gotten a vaccine for.
