I think these inning-long interviews are acceptable when we are interviewing the other team while we’re knocking the crap out of them. but that said I had it on mute the whole time, but I do like watching them squirm.

My impression of Dan’s timetable for Vierling’s return is about six weeks. Three weeks rest and three weeks getting back up to speed. That’s brutal.

Who gets cut off the roster?   Kreidler?    If he was on the 40-man, I'd say he's got a real shot, but not so sure.   There's been a lot of Spring Training All Stars that never did much after April 1st.      He hasn't been a regular CF since 2017 in A-Ball.   Looks like they are going to need someone to play Center with Vierling and Meadows both having career-ending, life-threatening injuries.      I only say that because it will seem like a relief when both only miss 3 months.

He seems done-zo.      It's a shame.  We saw flashes.   Good luck with the Rays, Matt.    I mean, The Rays will have 1 and 2 in the Cy Young race with Faedo and Manning.

Manning just doesn’t look right. Whatever was going on at Toledo with him last year hasn’t gotten any better. It looks like he’s giving max effort, but when it comes out of his hand, there’s nothing on it.

Plenty of time for that to work itself out but I'm all for guys earning their roster spots at this point. They need the best 40 man roster they can get. The decisions are going to keep getting tougher for Harris.

It's like it comes and goes. He was hitting 97 in a previous outing - then poof.
