Jung and Keith look good at the corners.

you hexed Keith.

They looked good at the corners on the radio.  But Keith didn’t sound good on the one play.

Check out those pillars somewhat obstructing the view.

It reminded me of seeing Dodgers-Diamondbacks at Sydney Cricket ground in 2014. This is a picture of us at our seats. You can see the post behind us obstructing the plate.

After Saturday's start, Jobe explained why he approached the Guerrero matchup with three consecutive fastballs.

"I'm done with trying to dot a gnat's ass," Jobe said. "Just, here's my stuff. If you hit it, good. Odds are, probably not."

Cool shirt. I did PT there, in Canton.

This was five or six months into PT for my first ACL repair, so Athletico was a current t-shirt at the time. Long ago donated by now.

Ugh...first ACL repair? That sounds painful. I went there recovering from a severely sprained ankle. They strengthened up my leg muscles to prevent any more sprained ankles. They worked me pretty hard, I recommend them to everyone...lol

I had three surgeries on my right knee between 2013 and 2018. The first was a meniscus repair; the second an ACL repair; and the most recent a combination ACL repair/meniscectomy. I PT’ed the knee each time like it’s my job, and now my knee feels great, if not 100%. No pain, but every once in a while, I’ll move in such a way that I am reminded how easy it would be to reoffend.

Did they ever say you would need knee replacement? That many surgeries seems inhumane. My ex had knee replacement and the PT had her in tears. But forcing her to do the exercises really worked, her replaced knee has almost full range of motion.

If Maeda and Mize look good all Sping, I think that Jobe will start the season in the bullpen as a way to limit his innings. I don't see him going to Toledo.

I have also fogotten about my knee (Meniscus surgery) until it barks at me on occasion.  The last couple of years, I have been dealing with a nerve issue in my other leg which has been hard to resolve.  I am still working on it.  Nobody knows what's causing it, so I'm now trying to figure it out myself.

lower body nerve pain is frustrating because it can be nearly impossible to know where it's really originating. This recent nerve insult I suffered in the hip area seems to be improving, but now I'm getting intermittent pain in my foot. Am I doing something to it in my daily routine or is it just more phantom sensation from the earlier sciatic injury? Damn if I can tell.

That sounds like my situtation.  They just know it's not from my lower back.  I think a lot of times they assume it's the back when this happens to people, but I was lucky enough to get an MRI to rule it out.

There is no way this kid took Vlad by surprise. Vlad knows who Jobe is, Vlad wanted to hit him, and Vlad couldn’t.

You’re right. There’s no way you send that talent back to Toledo.

They haven’t mentioned that to me, but my next elder brother had it last spring, and he has experienced all kinds of complications.  Still is. I feel so bad for him.

Keep him in Florida for the 1st month. Until our #4 or #5 pitcher flames out

He needs to face major league hitters. There is no substitute for that. Will he just work on his tan?

I know they are taking it slow with the vets this spring, but besides Jack's one start has anyone heard anything more with Kahnle, Chafin and Flaherty?

Chafin has pitched in a game.  Friday?

Kahnle was being held back due to pitching late into the postseason last year.  I suspect the same for Flaherty.  Flaherty is due to start tomorrow.

See, I like this place because I get to say whatever I want about my aches and pains. That’s why I love you old ****ers. 😁
