good, the radio overlay is like 5 seconds behind ahead of the video. glad we get to start every single season this way.

The disconnect between the radio audio and the video is greater tonight than I have ever seen it. I mean, maybe four or five seconds the audio is ahead of the video. Looks like I’ll have to slum it with Jason and Petry tonight. 😏

I think Yamamoto is a fairly common Japanese name. It was the name of the admiral who designed the attack on Pearl Harbor. He was against attacking the United States. He thought it was suicide, but since he was given the job of planning it, he did the best he could, and it was successful beyond their wildest dreams at least temporarily.
 

36 years before he was the admiral responsible for defeating the Russians in the 1905 Russo-Japanese war. He’s actually a pretty fascinating guy.

I noticed that during a ST game. can't remember which Tiger they were showing as "+16000" (whatever tf that means) or something to win MVP, but it was completely ridiculous, both bothering to show such long odds and including the player to begin with.

I've given up on the audio overlay for a bit. got my laptop playing the audio feed and more-or-less synched it to the video (on my TV) manually. shame no one at MLB "Advanced" Media knows how to do that.
