IdahoBert Posted April 7 Posted April 7 Justyn-Henry Malloy singles on a line drive to center fielder Trent Grisham. Colt Keith scores. Jake Rogers scores. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted April 7 Posted April 7 Malloy comes through. Was definitely doubting him today. Quote
chasfh Posted April 7 Posted April 7 (edited) I’m sorry, Jake Rogers almost didn’t score because Colt went back to third because he couldn’t tell the ball was going to drop in? Man, Colt’s got serious cognitive issues out there. Edited April 7 by chasfh 1 Quote
monkeytargets39 Posted April 7 Posted April 7 Real talk: why does Rogers not wax up that stache and curl it like he’s in an early 1900s barbershop quartet? 1 Quote

I’m just wondering whether he is in his own head? I think Colt’s a candidate for a stint in Toledo once Gleyber comes back. 1 Quote
RandyMarsh Posted April 7 Posted April 7 I'm hoping that Keith just didn't see the ball off the bat so instinctively he went back to 3rd, if he actually saw it then it made no sense cause even if he thought it was gonna be caught it was too shallow to tag on anyway so no need to rush back to the bag to tag up. monkeytargets39 Posted April 7 Posted April 7 Getting the Yankees during a cold snap and the Mize/Skubal/Flaherty run in the rotation is very fortunate. Quote

IDK, before the last few days I would have thought Ibanez was on the thinnest ice but he's looking better with bat and has been solid at 3B. You can't send out Kreidler unless Vierling is so close that Riley wouldn't have to play many more games in CF. Quote

RandyMarsh Posted April 7 Posted April 7 Yankees swung 8 times at Mize's splitter, they whiffed on 6 of them. Quote
