Here we go.  Can Cade create a decent shot for himself or a teammate in the biggest moment?  That is the next step for him.  The stats to this point don't define the great players.

what an embarrassment this coaching staff it.  That’s what you draw up??  Jumper with way too much time on the clock.  They told Cade to shoot with 9 secs left.  Get these coaches the **** out of here.  Up 11 with 6 mins left and choke again.  Jesus Christ.

He for sure got fouled but it's basketball...this is what you get when you leave it up to the refs to decide.  Cade needs to make that.  And we have to do a million other things better leading up to that moment.

Why the hell is he shooting with 9 secs left?  There is no control from JB. The entire strategy was putrid.

The fact he shot it that early kind of saved us.  No way THJ even gets a shot off if he waits to 4 or 5 seconds.  I would rather play defense with the lead or extend the game by fouling.

We haven't been relevant in forever so it's easy to forget but missed calls in close games are one of the big drawbacks of basketball.  You can't let it get to that point.

Who the hell cares about the none call.  How about we were up 11 with 6 mins left and choked again. This isn’t about the refs.  It’s about this teams uncanny ability to blow any lead at any time.  It’s a joke.

So many thoughts going through my head now. Brunson outplaying Cade in the clutch AGAIN, hopefully that's just an experience thing because Cade is getting his lunch handed to him in clutch moments. If this is the Cade we're getting in future playoffs in clutch moments, it's not good enough.

How many Hail Mary shots did the Knicks hit in the 4th? At least two by KAT and one by Bridges that go in like one out of ten times usually. Ridiculous

THJ got fouled, flat out. Media won't talk about it much because it didn't happen to a Knick but the Pistons got robbed there without a doubt in my mind.

That's stupid. Just because the Pistons blew the lead that doesn't make it any less of a bad call.

I look it as more a Cade issue that has nothing to do with Brunson.  He doesn't have the athleticism or quickness that you want in closers so he has to make the mid range shots and three pointers.  At this point, he still defaults to trying to create something off the dribble.  I was happy with that last shot he generated.  The turnover with a couple of minutes to go though was brutal.

That 3 point try is the exact call Brunson has been getting all serious. We get it NBA your rubbing one off in the hopes of getting New York vs Boston.  Please make it look less rigged.

Even with the turnovers, I don't know how people still **** on Cade after that game.

He was largely non-existent with scoring in the clutch again and turned the ball over a lot again. Plenty to criticize him about. We're talking about a high bar here, a superstar bar. Brunson was, again, big in the clutch while Cade wasn't. He's young, he'll learn to take over when the team needs him in the future hopefully but he doesn't have that in him right now.
