IdahoBert Posted Thursday at 11:43 PM Posted Thursday at 11:43 PM Can’t quite believe Olson got out of that bases loaded situation, but he did. Quote
IdahoBert Posted Thursday at 11:47 PM Posted Thursday at 11:47 PM So my guess is we’re not using the ninth guy in the batting order as a “second lead off man“ given that the bottom three of the order are also sub Mendoza guys right now. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted Thursday at 11:53 PM Posted Thursday at 11:53 PM Kriedler made him work a bit which is about all you can ask from him. He should either just try bunting every at bat or just leave the bat on the shoulder and make the guy throw 3 strikes cause it's clear he can't hit MLB pitching. 1 Quote
Tigermojo Posted Thursday at 11:56 PM Posted Thursday at 11:56 PM Just made Witt look silly on the slider. Why throw a fastball there? Quote
Sports_Freak Posted yesterday at 12:00 AM Posted yesterday at 12:00 AM FS1 announcers are pretty good. No giggling. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted yesterday at 12:01 AM Posted yesterday at 12:01 AM Random but that graphic they just showed about Witt made me remember just how good and underrated young Ryan Braun was. For those that didn't see the stat it said that Witt has the most extra basehits through their first 3 seasons since Braun back in the late 00s. I think of all the great players that have come around since then yet nobody could match Braun. Quote
IdahoBert Posted yesterday at 12:01 AM Posted yesterday at 12:01 AM I’m assuming that with Olson at 87 pitches we’ve seen the last of him in this game. Hope the pen can hold the lead. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted yesterday at 12:02 AM Posted yesterday at 12:02 AM Carpenter isn't in a slump. 😆 Quote

I stopped listening to the radio broadcast tonight because all MLB plays is public service announcements telling me how great weed is but it’s bad when you’re driving. Also telling me that smoking cigarettes is bad and I had no idea. Has anyone else heard of this? 1 Quote
IdahoBert Posted yesterday at 12:07 AM Posted yesterday at 12:07 AM OK Riley show us that hit wasn’t a fluke. Quote

IdahoBert Posted yesterday at 12:33 AM Posted yesterday at 12:33 AM Torres gave second base the finger? Quote
IdahoBert Posted yesterday at 12:36 AM Posted yesterday at 12:36 AM What a bad call on McKinstry to strike him out. Quote
