They had every opportunity to acquire pitching last deadline and were too snooty about their prospects to upgrade.  (Orioles)

Yes.  It’s funny because I think we all felt that they rejected trading for Skubal, but I seriously doubt he was being shopped.

The Tigers have now used 12 of their 13 position players obviously excluding Dingler because he caught earlier today. AJ really uses the entire squad.

Imagine us hiring Leyland again.    Although, I think he'd be a far cry better than LaRussa.     But in Leyland's defense, he'd never take it because he knows the game is different.
