Bigbie was great at WMI, and is going bonkers at Erie; SSS and unsustainable BABIP, but he just keeps hitting

His BaBIP could fall 50 pts and his results would still be pretty good.

Bigbie->Toledo, Parker->Detroit.

The problem is Baddoo. Strange season - he had a lousy April, a 900 OPS in May *without* having any extraordinary BaBIP luck, and then completely in the tank since coming back from the IL. It doesn't appear to be the injury lingering because he's running just fine. It's the age old baseball dilemma - what is the proper amount of rope to give an inconsistent player?

Just to complicate things even more, Baddoo made a highlight reel play taking away a home run, for the benefit of those who say that he isn't a good outfielder.  In his rookie year he looked like a 20/20 player but that seems unlikely now.  It looks like he will stay on the team for the rest of this year, but might start 2024 in Toledo again.  Where he will rake, as usual.

Badoo has improved in the field but still takes bad routes. Sometimes his speed over comes that and other times it doesn’t. He is Inconsistent  and his throwing is terrible and teams run at will. I say play it out this year and if he hits trade him this off season.
 Riley Greene should be our left fielder.  His arm plays there, it’s a large area he can handle and it’s easy on hit legs. He runs so upright he pounds his shins.

Get Verling in right field where his arm plays and his half tick slow reads don’t hurt as much as center.

And bring Meadows up for center. Now.  We have lost two games Marisnick would have won with catches.

And keep Carpenter at DH.

Defense. Please.

His defense has improved this season without doubt. OTOH, if the swap is Meadows for Baddoo, you are probably still getting a defensive upgrade unless everyone has been blowing smoke about Parker for the last 5 yrs.
