Shinzaki
So...he has a 95+ mph FB...a slider, cutter and change that all look like plus pitches. Future ace...if such a thing will still exist

From Nick to Tork to now Keith, JHM and Jung they all seem to not even come with that back ground. The previous regime did not value defense in their draft picks. Nobody is saying any of this about Max Clark or Kevin McGonigle or Carson Rucker. (Max Anderson might be a different deal.) Yes, it was Harris who took JHM as the best he could get for Joe Jimenez. So maybe he sucks at it, too. 😁

Suarez: 2008 Adames: 2012. Paredes: 2017 (trade throw-in) Workman: 2020 Four MLB-caliber gloves in twenty-plus years. Fire Harris! 😉

So 2 for 1.

Tenacious D
Tigers Acquire LHP Blake Dickerson From Padres for $500K in International Draft money. He was their 12th round pick in 2023, but signed for 4th round money to pass on his commitment to Virginia Tech. BA had him as the Padres #22 prospect. He didn’t pitch for them last year—his debut will be this season. Edited February 18 by Tenacious D

He was ranked #158 by pipeline for last year's draft.
Edman85
By my unofficial count, that was the 131st trade involving bonus slot money since that was enabled back in 2013 (And disallowed 2021-22). The first for the Tigers.

It must’of been the exchange rate math that tripped him up.
