Yes, use him while you can.

I would assume if Jobe closes all remaining big holes in his game, whatever they are, he’ll be in Detroit sooner than later.

Agree.  2025 makes sense, 2024 if there are injuries or he really forces the issue.

His biggest holes are the facts that he hasn't pitched enough innings. 77 in 22 and 66 plus whatever he's done in the fall isn't enough to be considered for 2024 imo. He has to stay healthy, and throw innings.

This is true, but he'll need the same innings whether he pitches in the majors or minors.  If he is ready for the majors, I think they will let him pitch those innings for Detroit.

Only 6 innings in AA. He needs experience against top bats. A good example is Grayson  Rodriguez. Everybody thought he was ready, but he wasn't.

Grayson Rodriguez is a good example for pushing Jobe to the majors as fast as possible. If you are dominating in the minors you keep pushing until they fail. If they struggle in the majors you can send them back down, just like with Grayson. And Grayson overall had a very promising year in the majors.

Is Canha just a bridge until Bigbie is called up in 2025?

Edit:  Bridge might be selling Canha short.  Maybe the better way to look at it is that the timing might be fortunate with Canha's salary expiring and hopefully Bigbie's recent development is real.

Lovefest.  I felt the need to seek out a Keith Law pod to balance things out.

Last time I heard him talk Tigers prospects, it was rather rosy. Perhaps his pessimism the last decade or so has been validated by the results on the field?

So Lynn Henning has an article up in the News listing the Tigers top 50 prospects. If he is remotely accurate we have a powerhouse in the making. Now for those here who I believe do know I ask "can it be true " ? Can he be correct ?
