Massive loss by SF for playoff seeding.

afc loss.  doesnt matter as much.

for example, if the season ended today the niners and eagles both would be seeded above the lions because the lions lost an nfc game and the eagles and niners lost non-conference games.

It's hard to see Cleveland going far with PJ Walker....

If only there was some embattled and controversial quarterback out there who they could take a chance on with a fully guaranteed contract.

Of all possible outcomes, a Lions-Browns Super Bowl is the most amusing so it is the one I am rooting for.

The biggest concern I have right now are the injuries.  Can't keep losing guys every week.  It is nice that between great drafting (adding depth) and good coaching (leadership) that this team can withstand the injuries.

Any loss San Fran and Philly has is important.  If you look at schedules, we clearly have the easiest.  Philly and San Fran have tough games coming up and with the injuries to San Fran.  This could mean we have a shot at the #1 seed or worse case the #2 seed and a bye.

Obviously would be nice to go into the bye week with only 1 loss but if they have 2 I wouldn't be upset.  Its sad that this is actually our toughest run of games.  Going into the bye week at 6-2 would be acceptable considering the injuries and the rest of the schedule.  I don't want to jinx anything but I think worse case record is 12-5.  That is divisional winner and home playoff game (worst case).

Cowboys-Chargers is a battle of which coach can out-lose the other.

Cowboys butchered the clock at the end of the first half and were gifted their 3 points by a stupid Chargers penalty. Meanwhile, Staley didn't challenge a very questionable spot on 3rd down and then inexplicably called a pass on 4th and a foot (instead of a high percentage run or a game-tying kick) that predictably failed.

Justin Herbert, something is off there. He missed some wide open throws throughout the game. The oline held up well. Chargers just couldn’t punch it in the end zone.

Amazing to watch across the league and see just how good Goff is right now.  He doesn’t miss throws like Herbert was missing tonight.

The division winner with the worst record gets a home game wild card weekend. The first 2 seeds get a bye week. I think?
