Diggs will be a free agent. Wonder if people will be fine giving a top 10 safety salary for him?

He’s a top 10 safety so why not.  I’d probably want him over Walker but I’m good with whatever Brad  wants to do.  His signings the past year have earned good trust with me.

He's also going to be 29 later this month, and I don't think we will be signing very many players this offseason to long-term deals. I think this will be another offseason of lots of one-year deals, with one or two two-year deals sprinkled in. I don't think it will be until the 2022-23 offseason when we make a splash with a star or two in positions that remain neglected through the two or three drafts at that point.

I wouldn't be opposed if it falls into that plan, but he's not a guy I would deviate for. I think he's more likely to want a 3+ year deal for tens of millions, and I don't think that makes a lot of sense for where we are in the rebuild.

Antonio Brown is having a complete meltdown. He's posting alleged conversations between Arians, trainers etc all over social media.

I am positive that he believes everything his broken brain is telling him.

First of all,  The Head Coach, who always has a camera on him made the "Throat Slit" gesture...........is there any evidence on video?   Doesn't matter, AB believes it.

And Michigan Cardinal nailed it.........he wasn't limping off that field.  If his ankle was good enough to do all that walking off the field, he could have played.   Everybody on a football field is hurt in Week 17.

Kirk Cousins I believe has one more year on his contract, Aaron Rodgers days in Green Bay could be winding down, Justin Fields is still unproven, the NFC north could be wide open in a year or two and there for the taking for the Lions.

Vikings and Bears will both be launching rebuilds that are behind the Lions. Green Bay is unlikely to go through a “rebuild” per se, even if Rodgers leaves, but I don’t know if they’ll be successful with Jordan Love at the helm.

Detroit Lions your 2023 NFC North Champions?! *sips kool aid*

Future power in the division will come down to who finds the top tier QB first.  The Bears have taken first shot with Fields and we will see where that goes.   He could be the one.    I’d put them ahead of the Lions in their rebuild at the moment but that could very, very easily change if Fields isn’t a guy.    I don’t out any value in Love.   I could be very wrong but don’t think he’s their guy and they will be back in the hunt in a few years.
