watson should have paid on day one.  truth doesnt matter, all that matters is money.  just pay and move on.

Very true.  There are 31 teams in the NFL that only care if you can help them win football games.

Jaylon Ferguson has died at 26.

Two NFL players dying in their mid 20s in the same week.   What's going on here?

most likely?  drug use.  probably fentanyl.

Not a fan of Siragusa.    I don't like guys who think they can judge what a guy is supposed to be.  The whole Man Card bullshit.   Oh, sorry, I didn't know having a little culture isn't man enough for you Tony.   Guess all us readers are pussies.     Sad you died so young, but  you were kind of a prick.

ESPN's Turron Davenport projects rookie Malik Willis to open the season as the Titans' No. 3 quarterback.

This speaks volumes to how bad Willis looked at OTAs. Willis was never close to pushing Ryan Tannehill for a starting role and is behind Logan Woodside, a practice squad quarterback that was promoted to Tannehill's backup last year. The Titans are taking a long-term approach to developing Willis, making it unlikely he sees the field before 2023.

Well here is why we didn't draft Willis.

They should have come out right away and said they drafted him as an athlete, and they plan to use him like Sean Payton used Taysom Hill. All of the 1st round QB hype might destroy this kid before he ever sees the field.

So sad and I have a feeling that unfortunately this isn't going to be the last case like this.

his death had nothing to do with his brain.  it was a separate seizure issue.

I'm surprised no other team tried to top that, I guess there just aren't many teams that either aren't set at QB, have a young QB that they like or in the case of a team like the Seahawks are content tanking next year and getting their QB in the draft.

So the Browns have now effectively used four first round picks, a third round pick, and a fourth round pick to get two fifth round picks and Jacoby Brissett as their starter for week 1 and indefinitely thereafter.

I'm kinda hopin Goff is our guy and we can draft two more players of need next year in the first round without a QB. But it seems like we'll need someone more mobile long term.... The days of Farve, Brady and Rogers seem like they are coming to an end....... But who knows?
