I don't like rooting for losses but I wouldn't be against losing to Chicago in the 2nd to last week if we aren't in the playoff hunt just to hurt their chances at the 2nd pick. At this point, the Rams would be ahead of the Bears if tied based on strength of schedule. The Rams can get to the 2nd pick without needing the Bears to win. But even outside the 1st rounder, they could be at or near the top of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th rounds... Instead of the middle of those rounds. If the season is shot... they have incentive to IR guys who are nicked up, not play Stafford with concussion issues and a major investment in him (sorry MB, cribbin' ya'...), etc... It's not at Hienz Field or whatever the new corporate name is but at a local museum. How hard is it to do something similar at Washington's stadium. Just another reason to reject public funding to billionaires. And closer to home just take a look at the Harwell statue at Comerica.
