I know they brought in another kicker during the week but I don't think he is activated. Maybe their punter can kick FGs? Edited January 23, 2023 by RandyMarsh Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Kyle Shanahan gets an F for clock management there. Quote
RandyMarsh Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 On the other side you got Robbie Gould for SF who has never missed a single playoff kick in his life, he's something like 75/75 on FG/PATs in his playoff career. Incredible! Quote
RandyMarsh Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 I see the Lions are already running season ticket ads for next season during the games today, probably a smart move on their part. Quote

Why do we have to play the Top 2 AFC West teams on the road. Seems a bit unfair. Quote

There's a good chance the game against the Chiefs is in Germany and the Lions will have more fans in LA than the Chargers. Quote

As far as season ticket holders go, I think there is a decent chance we go 7-1 or 8-0 at home next season. Very favorable home schedule with a team that plays well at home. Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Is it going to come down to Maher having to hit a PAT to tie this thing? Quote

Motor City Sonics Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 "Farmer Wants a Wife" is a show? Wow, the teorrorists have won. Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Wow, running out of bounds there.....................that could be a huge, huge mistake Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Wow, Prescott almost got safetied. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Watching the Cowboys choke under pressure is the greatest tradition. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 This final drive has been the epitome of piss poor coaching for the Cowboys. Completely lack of situational awareness and sense of urgency. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 There is a greater than 50% chance that the Cowboys come out with an illegal formation on this last play. For Zeke to be eligible as a center he has to be the end. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 LOL such a fitting end. Zeke gets bull rushed and knocked on his ass, the throw gets rushed and they can't even run their trick play. Mike McCarthy is an absolute joke. Quote
Motor City Sonics Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Wow, the Dallas player not getting two feet down...............dumb dumb dumb play and then, Kellen Moore - for the second playoff year in a row makes a really dumb play call at the end. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 I'm wondering why you have Elliot as Center instead of an actual center and just have receivers and running backs as lineman? Quote
gehringer_2 Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Kind of retro to see the run game creeping back into winning football recently. SF eventually wore Dallas down enough that the run game starting grinding them up in the 4th and that was the difference. Quote

I understand the concept, in wanting 11 skill players on the field. But putting only one player on the ball is as asinine as when Chuck Pagano ran that play against the Patriots. Of course they are going to rush your QB and hurry the most important throw of the play. Quote

Certainly ended up a goof ball play. When SF came back from the TO they changed it up and Dallas was screwed leaving the line empty. Quote

McCarthy never should have been hired in the first place. Quote

FWIW, Pat McAfee said the Colts were never suppose to snap that ball. It was suppose to confuse the Patriots and try to get them to jump. It looked like Dallas had their OL split out wide so it looked like they were trying to get their lineman downfield to block. It was interesting but I'm not sure what Elliot was snapping the ball unless you wanted him available for a lateral. Quote
