Deleterious Posted September 8, 2022 Posted September 8, 2022 I hope Mario is paying attention if this deal falls apart. Nobody says no to an 11th team featuring Andretti and Porsche. Porsche deal already dead? Quote
Hongbit Posted September 9, 2022 Author Posted September 9, 2022 Max - 5 spots Sergio - 10 spots Sainz - still determining either 10 or Back Lewis - Back Bottas - 10 spots Yuki - Back Quote
Deleterious Posted September 9, 2022 Posted September 9, 2022 Devastating penalty for Max. Instead of leading in turn 1 he will have to wait until turn 9. 1 Quote
Hongbit Posted September 9, 2022 Author Posted September 9, 2022 Two enormous brands can’t get together and figure out how to share. I don’t blame either for the issue. RB is doing just fine without Porsche and I wouldn’t expect Porsche to enter F1 unless it was the perfect deal for them. Quote
Deleterious Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 Do Charles and Carlos get extra pay for being a driver and pit strategist? Quote

It’s probably best they make the call instead of Binotto. Didn’t matter again today. Max is so far out ahead of the field that it’s made these races almost boring. Technical difficulties are the only thing that can stop him now. Quote
Deleterious Posted September 11, 2022 Posted September 11, 2022 Max had to be close to clinching the WDC. Quote
Deleterious Posted September 23, 2022 Posted September 23, 2022 No shock here. The guy is 21st in a 20 spot grid. Nyck de Vries has run one race and has more points. Quote

Even better get a rotation of Jensen, Nico, Damon Hill, Paul DiResta, Anthony Davidson, even let Martin and Karun get a race. At least get some attention while finishing at the back of the grid. Deleterious Posted September 30, 2022 Posted September 30, 2022 It will be interesting to see what the FIA does with this. Will it be some severe penalties that have serious consequences? Or just a fine which basically makes it a luxury tax and will continue to let the big teams spend as much as they want? Quote
Deleterious Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 All the info regarding team budgets was supposed to be released today. Even if there isn't shenanigans, people will claim there are when you lack transparency like this. Quote
Hongbit Posted October 6, 2022 Author Posted October 6, 2022 Tomorrow stands to be a pretty big day in F1. Interested to see what they do if its found out that RB not only went over the cap but also blatantly tried to cover it up and their driver won the title on an already controversial decision. Quote
Deleterious Posted October 7, 2022 Posted October 7, 2022 I kind of like when they are in Japan. I can watch CFB all day tomorrow and transition right into the race at 1AM. Qualifying tonight at 2AM. Quote
Deleterious Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Pretty sure Leclerc will get a penalty there. Quote
Deleterious Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 Sort of a cluster. Nobody knew he had won the WDC till well after the race. Even with everyone saying Leclerc would get a penalty, they still said Max didn't get enough points to clinch the title. Well, he did. Quote
Deleterious Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 So dangerous. Especially in low visibility. Quote
