Not sure if this should go here, the Investing thread, or the idiocy thread.   It’s a good thing the sport is in such good financial shape or the insolvency of all these sponsors would be devastating.

Ferrari messed up so bad today I don't even know what they did.

I didn't watch but it sounds like...They sent Charles out for Q3 or had him box on his out lap to put on intermediates.  But it never rained and he was the only one on intermediates, meaning every else finished a lap on softs.  The George wrecks and they red flag qualifying and Charles gets a DNF and starts 10th.

How people there still have jobs is amazing.

Has a team ever finished P1 and P20 in qualifying?  Maybe with an accident or mechanical issues, but Mick had neither today.

Unbelievable!

Pasting the translation.  This is about to get spicy.

It is correct what @TomCoronel just said at ViaPlay. Perez deliberately crashed in qualifying in Monaco and later admitted it to Helmut Marko and Christian Horner. Max Verstappen has not forgotten that. #F1

Haven't checked in for a while.  That NASCAR race was something.  Some were not thrilled.

F1 and crypto might get worse.

The steering wheel looks like it should be in the space shuttle.  How they hell do they have time to drive?  Impressive none the less.

Some on board radio.

First is Max telling his engineer to never ask him to give up a spot.

Second is Perez after the race saying Max really showed who he is.

Wow.    Checco is right to be pissed especially after what he did for him last year in Abu Dhabi but that comment needs to stay behind closed doors.  The reality is Max is Red Bull Racing and Perez is a replaceable 2nd driver.

Binotto is out. Vassuer from Alfa will be the new team principal.

Hopefully there is some changes to the strategy department.

Congrats Del.   A great day for the Scuderia.   Should’ve happened long ago.

According to @lequipe, Charles Leclerc and Mattia Binotto "no longer speak to each other" since Silverstone! The Monegasque, who had lost the race following a new strategic error, had been reprimanded by Binotto in front of the cameras as he got out of his car.
