Today 30yr is 6.6% still a major road block. Who wants to sell their house when they are sitting on a locked 2.25% rate pre 2022 and sign up for 5.47 15yr or 6.6 30? This drives rent higher and makes it impossible for FTB to get into housing market.

Probably not a good idea to go down that political path with most of your favorite multi-millionaire young athletes.   You won’t like what you find out.  Not sure if there will be a single Harris voter on the 25 man Tiger roster.

The Lions didn’t run up the score. They pulled Goff with 13 minutes left in the 4th. They basically did this in three quarters. They called the dogs off at the end.

I just assume every white major leaguer is a red hat, and then I just dismiss the thought from my head altogether. That way, if I find out they're on this side, I am pleasantly surprised. Not that any of it matters at all in terms of how I enjoy baseball.

Jack Flaherty and (I think) Max Scherzer are the only two that I think might not be.

I think you might be right! If i had to guess the guy most likely to go for Kamala, I'd guess Stinky McStinky. And I wouldn't feel particularly confident about even that.

Again, none of that matters. I can easily compartmentalize my baseball consciousness away from my political consciousness.

Jack Flaherty identifies as African American.

I would bet Max is considered a bit of a political unicorn among white big leaguers, although he wasn't opposed to going to the White House after the 2019 World Series win as Sean Doolittle was.

You can get a sense from their walk up music.... white dudes have country type songs, the fake bro country.  KErry Carpenter has a Christian Praise song.  The "Mexicans" get latin pop music.  

The absolute best walk up song ever was Carlos Guillen's use of T.I.'s "U don't know me".  It fit him to a tee.  Swagger.  Loved that guy.

Students and staff should get a reprieve from inboxes full pronouncements from their Deans , managers and administrators about every issue of day that have nothing to do with their mission.

Negative, his Dad is my sons baseball HS coach. The whole family is very conservative. His brother is leading a youth group to the Right for Life March, January in D.C.

They could have easily tried a field goal to hang 50 on them.    Campbell tried to stop at 40 but Branch almost got a pick 6 down to what, the 3?   Kneeling on the ball on the 3 yard line is actually more insulting to the other team.   They don't want you to pity them.
